Notice is hereby given that the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting of ABOITIZ & COMPANY, INC.will be held on April 29, 2026 at 04:00 PM (Philippine Time)  ("2026 ASM"). The meeting will be streamed live from the Company’s principal office at Aboitiz Corporate Center, Gov. Manuel A. Cuenco Ave., Kasambagan, Cebu City.  Stockholders may attend the meeting online, or in person at the 6th Floor Boardroom at Aboitiz Corporate Center, or at the Makati venue at 32nd Floor, Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2, Paseo cor. Makati Ave., Makati City. 

Stockholders of record as of the close of business hours on March 23, 2026 shall be entitled to notice of, and to participate and vote in the 2026 ASM. 

Votes cast by registered stockholders until 12:00 NN of April 28, 2026 will be tabulated and presented during the 2026 ASM. Stockholders may still vote online until 4:30 PM of April 29, 2026, and the total final votes received through proxy and online will be reflected in the minutes of the 2026 ASM.
